CAPVEST healthcare was tasked with analyzing recurring failures in operating rooms to deliver organizational improvements, increase productivity, secure the loyalty of physicians and restore a peaceful working atmosphere.
After observing the operating conditions closely for three weeks and conducting numerous interviews with healthcare professionals and managers, the main problems were clearly identified and explained to the different actors.

Improvement actions were taken, following the implementation of specific tools (rules of conduct for the operating room, reliable surgery planning and medical device procurement processes, job descriptions for healthcare professionals).

Today, after implementing corrective measures over several months, the operating rooms are once again running efficiently in a peaceful professional environment.
